This a typical case study. The current lighting is provided by T12 fluorecent lighting. as you can see each lamp has electrical rating of 0.11KW. Based on average usage for a commercial premises we have calculated this lighting circuit to cost £217.80 P.A
After our assement the above scheme was proposed.
This scheme is based upon keeping the original lighting bodies and replacing the control gear and lamps to allow the use of a T5 high frequency lamp. Each lamp is now rated at 0.053KW. With the change of lamp type we have calculated the cost of running the new electrical lamps at £104.94 P.A
